Our Mission
To provide educational and professional development opportunities for our core members, and to prepare current practitioners for future positions in the Wabash Valley HR community at greater levels of responsibility. We also strive to establish, build and maintain professional relationships with community organizations that will enhance the effectiveness of the HR function within the Wabash Valley.

To be recognized as the Wabash Valley authority for Human Resource related issues. To provide area businesses, through their Wabash Valley HRA affiliated HR associates, the knowledge of current and pending legislative actions that affect their business; and, provide them with the most effective HR practitioners available in the Wabash Valley.
